Six perks of an invited VIP

By invitation

Nobody applies. The VIP team picks active players and gets in touch, within 24 hours of their play reaching the required level, says the official VIP page.

Personal manager

One named contact for bonuses, payments and game questions. Several Trustpilot reviewers mention their manager by first name, others say theirs stopped answering.

Priority withdrawals

Faster payouts than regular accounts are promised. Golden Crown sets no target time for VIP withdrawals, so ask your manager what priority means in hours.

Higher limits

The VIP FAQ says the manager can adjust game limits and certain conditions to suit your play. The page does not list which conditions qualify.

Personal bonus offers

Bonuses made for your play style rather than the public list. Wagering, caps and expiry for these offers are not published, so get them in writing.

Higher withdrawal limits

General daily caps run from A$4,500 to A$15,000 depending on total deposits. The terms say VIP players can be exceptions, without naming a figure.

Each step of the Golden Crown VIP program ladder is measured in comp points, and points in bets. Crystal needs 50 CP, or A$5,250 wagered on pokies. Pokies earn the fastest, see the Golden Crown casino slots page. Here is the turnover each status takes on pokies and on everything else:

StatusCPPokie betsOther games
Crystal50A$5,250A$10,500
Iron200A$21,000A$42,000
Steel500A$52,500A$105,000
Bronze1,000A$105,000A$210,000

Golden5,000A$525,000A$1.05 million
Privilege50,000A$5.25 millionA$10.5 million

These sums are turnover, not losses, but turnover at a house edge is never free. Even the first step, A$5,250, is 175 times the A$30 minimum deposit.

Earning Golden Crown comp points

Pokies:
1 CP per 105 AUD wagered
Other games:
1 CP per 210 AUD wagered
CP exchange wagering:
x5

Points come only from real money. Pokies pay 1 CP per A$105 wagered, every other game 1 CP per A$210. So the same A$2,100 earns 20 CP on pokies and 10 at the tables.

Bonus money is not mentioned as earning points. Only bets made with real money are named in the terms.

At the higher statuses, a point turns into more cash. You exchange them from the Exchange CP button on the statuses page. The cash that comes back is bonus-like, with x5 wagering before it can be withdrawn. Wagering for the Golden Crown casino bonus does earn points, as long as the bets use real money. The terms spend real money first and bonus funds after, so the early part of any bonus session earns CP at the normal rate.

What is the CP exchange rate on each status?

StatusComp pointsCP exchange rate
Lucky0–50 CP14:1
Crystal50–200 CP13:1
Iron200–500 CP12:1
Steel500–1,000 CP11:1
Bronze1,000–2,000 CP10:1
Silver2,000–5,000 CP9:1
Golden5,000–10,000 CP8:1
Platinum10,000–20,000 CP7:1
Diamond20,000–50,000 CP6:1
Privilege50,000+ CP5:1

The rate reads as points per A$1. At 14:1 a Lucky player trades 140 CP for A$10. At 10:1, Bronze, the same 140 CP buys A$14. At 5:1, Privilege, it buys A$28.

So climbing nearly triples the value of a point. It does not change how slowly points arrive.

The rate applies at the moment you press Exchange CP, so points held through a status change are worth more afterwards. The terms give no expiry date for points either way. Swedish players are the one group the terms exclude from point exchanges and the VIP programme.

Is chasing VIP status worth it?

Only for players who already bet large amounts and would anyway. For them, the useful part is not the CP rate but the invitation: a manager who can raise withdrawal limits and set personal offers.

For everyone else the ladder is a distraction. A$5,250 of pokie bets to reach the second step, for a rate change from 14 to 13 points per dollar, is not a reward worth chasing.

The invited club has one published, measurable extra: access to the Gold, Platinum and Diamond wheels, from A$225 and A$300 a spin, with cash prizes up to A$1,500, A$3,000 and A$7,500 at x30 wagering. Everything else, from priority payouts to personal bonuses, comes without a published figure, so the value depends on what a manager agrees to in writing.

Personal bonuses also sit under the general abuse rule: 70% bonus funds across 5–9 deposits, or 50% across 10 or more, can get bonuses blocked.

If the next status starts to feel like a goal, that is the moment to use the cooling-off limit, from one week to six months, or the self-exclusion in the account.

  • Climb only with play you planned anyway; status changes the rate, not the odds.
  • Ask an invited manager for higher withdrawal limits and personal terms in writing.
  • Pokies earn points twice as fast as tables, crash or live games.
  • Points converted to cash still carry x5 wagering before withdrawal.

Golden Crown questions, answered

What does Privilege status take?

50,000 CP. At 1 CP per A$105 on pokies, that equals A$5.25 million in bets. Privilege gives the best rate, 5 CP per A$1, but no published perk beyond it. Reaching it on table games would take A$10.5 million, since they earn half the points.

How do I exchange comp points?

Open the statuses page while logged in and use the Exchange CP button. Your status sets the rate, from 14 CP per A$1 at Lucky to 5 at Privilege. The cash then needs x5 wagering. At Lucky, 140 CP become A$10, which must be bet A$50 before it can be withdrawn.

Can I talk to a VIP manager on WhatsApp?

Yes, if you are invited. The official VIP page lists live chat, email and WhatsApp as ways to reach the personal manager, and you choose which one suits you. Players who are not invited use the standard live chat or [email protected].

Can I lose unused points?

Not stated anywhere in the public terms. They cover earning and exchange but no expiry, so if you hold many points, exchange them or ask support. A dormant account is the clearer risk: after 12 idle months a €20 monthly fee comes out of the cash balance.

Can my VIP level drop?

Not described in the terms. Statuses are tied to points earned, and the terms only describe moving up when a threshold is reached. The VIP club is another matter: membership is by invitation, and the page does not say how it ends.
